re: america wont cut and run I was listening to a loonie leftie movie critic the other day and he absolutely AMAZED me with his stupidity with his comments on the movie "Syriana".

In them he said that whilst he accepts the movie was art and that it was fictional

....he came out of the movie SOOOOO MAAAAAADDDDDD at the US and the multinationals who were at fault - IN the movie!!!!!

Soooooo mad??? At what????..a fictional account of a fictional set of characters with a totally fictional plot and totally fictional ideas?

Helllloooooo...get mad if you want to over the facts - whatever they may be - but not at a totally fictional piece of art.

Now of course the premise put forward is that what was depicted in the movie is "how things really are" -

And that would be based upon what, exactly???

Mark my words....soon it will trotted out as the "proof" of how things "actually happen"
