I seem to recall that FSPO was a front-runner option (unsubstantiated because I can't recall where I ready that), although we may have more than one option still on the table at this stage. I'd imagine that if you wanted to get up and running quickly you would develop the SNE Albian prospect with FSPO. However, COP being what they are are likely to take a longer-term view and might prefer the pipeline route. Petrosen may prefer pipeline as well to create more jobs onshore.
