When I say they have to integrate I mean they have to get acceptance from AT&T to have access to their customers. Technical integration is already complete with the connectivity partner. But they still need to agree with AT&T... For some reason, AT&T haven't seemed interested for whatever reason... It might have to do with their systems and reporting/security trusting an overseas company etc. Who knows? Ask MBE.
