Tolgs isn't going anywhere. What he decides to do after production commences is up to him though odds on he will stay aboard for a long while after. Has a vision (which is not simply commencement of mining) and wants to see it thru. Anyone that knows Tolgs like I do knows that he is has worked his proverbial butt off, effectively living out of a suitcase which is why I get annoyed when people make flippant comments about him without even knowing him. I doubt he will be satisfied until he achieves for the company (and lets be frank, himself as well) what he set out to.

I already knew Paul wanted to get out, he basically said as much at shareholder meetings if people read between the lines...though admittedly I didn't not expect him to sell such a large chunk of shares (as big a surprise to me as anyone else).

Tom's departure similarly was no surprise...he is more interested in the exploration side of things.
