"If Australia does nothing to reduce the gross imbalances it has we will end up being like many Western European countries who have next to nothing to offer their youth. That really is not a tough concept to understand and ends up being a sh*t sandwich for everyone"
Sorry to say but those imbalances are not going to go away no matter what happens to property. We have far to many entrenched generations of unemployable people and increasingly automation etc is taking away jobs - until appropriate solutions are found to do something with some of these people that don't have the ability to better themselves things will remain the same or get worse.
"I am not saying I have all the answers but the wealth transfer by way of taxes which is currently in place is clearly not sustainable."
Definitely agree that the current tax system is unfair as collectively anyone that chooses to better themselves to earn more and get their money to work for them gets taxed to death.
