Well I will admit that I probably lack the wit to be anything else other than a sarcastic condescending pedant! Speaking of which, I'm sure your condescension conveys some sort of "drift and sentiment" too, though I'm not exactly sure what that is. I might need you and our resident OCD-R to explain it to me a few more times. Perhaps "dumb it down a little" as they say. You know? Just in case any curious onlookers get the wrong idea about GXY.

I accept that many are feeling anxious and uneasy (including myself) about what may or may not be going on, but instead of OCD-Ring, I prefer to respond with sarcasm and pedantics. Of course this might not suit everyone so perhaps let me try some comic relief then!

I was recently thinking about how in many places in China the practice of arranged marriages is still going on. Of course we in the west generally assume this can only end in tears because our strategy of picking and choosing, and spend years getting to know our partners before we marry them never does, right? All of this reminded me of what Russian president said to German chancellor in a recently televised meeting: “No matter what you do on the wedding night, you’ll still be f@#cked all the same”!
