    Sorry for no reply, I have been away arguing on RGX and taunting my friends on CTR, so it is nice to be back here at MNE where the news is good and the discussion rewarding.

    I hope you have had a look at Kingkev's excellent link re narrow vein mining.

    I quote from it -

    '' A well known Australian example of long lived narrow vein gold mine is the Norseman Mine in Western Australia which has been in almost continuous operation for some 70 years but is understood to have rarely had more than 2 years reserve life ''

    That seems to be the nature of the beast.

    Mate remember that the idea here is that the narrow vein mines produce cash flow for deep underground exploration. And if things go very well we might even be able to build a concentrator, perhaps even a smelter on site.

    In that context have a look at the photos of all the mullock heaps on site. The historical cut off grade was high by modern standards and we don't know the extent those heaps have been worked over, if at all.

    I suspect there may be a fortune lying about just waiting for us to pick up. Mums the word.
