It only puts into doubt any major with cash willing to fund a start up mine in the current environment. NFCs MOU is non binding and they may wish to wait for a definite supply demand imbalance to emerge before commiting. This would likely push back the citronen development which will affect the sp. This could be a 2018/19 story.
