Perhaps Read page 4- 5 of the presentation again. Carrick is the main man. Turner, Justine and Carrick all work together as developers. They build mines. Page 5 of preso outlines 7 mines producing over 1m ounces. Two of these were subject to major takeovers. Carrick went on the board of B2 after the takeover, but has since resigned and is our current chairman. Carrick is the largest management shareholder on the board and those numbers are in the merger document. B2 are simply 12% shareholders and operate Carricks previous mine (CGA/masabate) and the Haines group were also shareholders of CGA. I guess they are all shareholders in B2 via the takeover and all shareholders of RTG. Looks like a lot of the winners in the CGA/B2 takeover have come along for part 2 if you ask me. You can tell they get things done because they got Bunawan after 2 months of the merger and the JORC was a cracker. These guys have already lodged the mining license, so they are doing what they do best..building mines.
