PA- i think the aldi impact is way over rated.basically,their market share is at 11%,and has been flat for a couple of years.what they are trying to do is discount so they can get more market share.the only problem is,nobody knows if aldi is making an actual profit in ausland,or are prepared to cop a sacrificial loss just on the grounds that they have future potential from trying to expand.
as far as wow and wes undercutting each other,the only "person" who cops it is the poor producer,but wow and wes will still retain their profit margins.the ACCC can only do a very limited amount of intervention in this regard.
as for my prediction of sp for both wow and wes-i really have no idea,but i have analysts tipping $25-$40 for wow,and $38-$52 for wes.
can someone give me some panadol real fast.
