I mentioned a practical way the rorting could have been reduced, in keeping with the thread topic. Some obviously didn't agree or required more information.
No doctor can be 100% sure who is genuine and who is not, even government doctors.
One of the alternatives is to ensure those with disabilities contribute within their capacity, ie remove the excuses to contribute. Which was the basis of my comment.
