Yeah, I think half the Medivet issued shares still remain in escrow for a further 12mths as per the news release on the 24th Sept 2013.

    Distribution of Shareholders:

At 31 August 2014, the distribution of fully paid ordinary shares was as follows:
    Range Fully Paid Ordinary

Total Holder Shares % Issued Capital
    1 - 1,000......................108.............46,390.............0.05%
    1,001 - 5,000...............168...........512,998............0.50%
    5,001 – 10,000.............73............636,568...........0.62%
    10,001 – 100,000.......175..........6,486,293...........6.35%
    100,001 and over.........80........94,457,002.........92.48%
    102,139,251........................................................100.00%

Although a further ~30m shares have been taken up in the placement a few weeks back, the percentages won't be significantly changed. Of the top "80" shareholders, the top 25 hold 82m shares. Sadly, I fall in with the other 55, - but probably edging close to the top 25!

    Top 25....83,755,013....82.0%
    Other.....18,384,238....18.0%
    Total......102,139,251...100.0%

The tight register certainly results in the share price moving in a lumpy fashion, with small volume and turnover. It would also keep a few investors out who prefer the ability to liquidate their position when they want to. I'm personally quite happy if it keeps the 'Red Hearts' and pumper/day trader crowd away too. Once management start stringing together some good quarterlies it will only take a few small trades to be back well above the 10c mark, and maybe a bit of liquidity might return at the right price?

    DYOR, IMO etc...
