A likely fall in revenue and increasingly competitive margins due to the economy, will negate profit growth from their acquisitions as I see it. This would see SKE servicing a larger debt with maybe at best a stable but more likely decreasing bottom line. Will we see a cut in the dividend or more dilution of shares?
