I agree with you to a point, but we have all been told how many times that is a fine able offense, whats the cost of a hands free kit now days?? Can't we go on a 30 min drive without the world collapsing if we don't answer the mobile??
The tighter leeway they have on the speeding fines is of more concern to me.
