If you read the administrators report to creditors, it clearly indicates that they will not recoup enough on the sales to pay out all the creditors. As we know shareholders are last in line, therefore if the creditors don't realise their outstandings, the s/h have no hope.

That's my reading of it unless you have seen a different announcement that revokes the adminitrators report to the creditors.
