HS - no doubt you are referring to me (as well, perhaps, to one or two others). If so, you really do have a problem with 'projection'.
No 'vitriole' or 'innuendo' here. Just prudence and common sense. Being aware with all stocks, including this one, that what is apparent is not always real.
Anything is possible tomorrow - ranging from an excellent deal for PEN holders to no deal at all, and everything in between.
All I know is that it is a difficult market for sellers and that a good result is not a given. But that doesn't preclude it, depending on the negotiating skill of PEN management and the goodwill of certain large shareholders.
Pointing out the difference between 'spin' and 'fact' is about reality and pragmatism, not vitriole and innuendo.
