is it possible that lom's 40% of the project could be bought out by De Beers or similar? is it a feasible possibility?

would the other two owners of the project be open to sell their stake to De Beers?

would the govt of angola let a transaction like this happen?

do you think De Beers would be interested in Lom's alluvial operation or would it be lom's Kimberlite exploration ground that would attract them?

the reason i ask this is i have read many articles stating that new diamond mines are becoming extremely difficult and expensive to discover and that high quality diamonds are becoming more expensive and demand is increasing.
De Beers will need new mines over the next few years and i wonder if they have lom on the radar.
