Ann: ZipT Launches App to Over 130,000 Users in Pilot Phase, page-51

Give me a reference to an announcement which states there would be a staged rollout of the application.
That is different to a staged marketing push to sign up customers.

Reading some older announcements:
12 August 2014:
- "User interface design now complete"
- "ZipT currently runs on Android and IOS operating systems and is currently being developed for the Windows Mobile platform"
- "Over the past few months, the ZipT application has undergone rigorous beta testing in preparation for its launch."

Then on 4/12/14 they announce user interface is ready. So wtf was complete, running on android and IOS, and used for beta testing on 12 August???

When these announcements are all put together the story is not consistent!
Too much marketing spin here for my liking!
