For a start, there is still an appeal lodged with the DNPM and documentation supporting that appeal lodged as recently as 16/10/14, the story is not over. Secondly, they didn't upset Vale who own a parcel of AN and PB sized tenements in the Carajas that are too small for Vale to develop but might be eminently suitable for an AVB with EBIT of $50 million based on 12,000 tonnes at todays prices from the sandpit. Of course if AVB put all their double sized plant to any extra use there will be more than $50 million EBIT...perhaps a lot more?

Just needs vision rather than blinkers...bit of actual research doesn't hurt either.
