    I'm afraid you are incurable AC. You've previously made comments to the effect that should AVB get the "sandpit" running it won't count in your eyes until stage 2 is running. I'm sure come the day of stage 2 pumping out even more EBIT than stage 1's $50 million you will turn around and say stage 2 doesn't count until stage 3 is running.
