While I agree at these prices and the lack of strength in the oil market this is a good time to accumulate, you still need to be careful not to get overexcited, some of us have been down that track!....

I am still an avid supporter and likewise will not be selling until the Philippines is confirmed with oil sales. In regards to timeframes and this is purely my opinion, I would like to think we would have a well pumping oil before July 2015. Obviously oil sales, storage, transport etc would follow after this.

The oil is there, just a matter of getting it out.

Also, I am not concerned with the fluctuating share price, as you say, it's tiddlers nipping at the line with no significant trades, so not much concern there. As Delboy showed the other day, it didn't take much to rise 40%.

just on the ''oil sales, storage, transport''
correct me if im wrong but all the oil is sold/to be sold locally to the Philippines government,
1. sales (local)
2. storage (guv. local depo)
3. transport (again local)

60 million barrels and just need a big pump.
strong buy(imo)
