Although I acknowledge that the Commissioner was there to provide a judgement and that SC's role was to prosecute; I also note that the RC found absolutely NO grounds for recommending criminal proceedings against Julia Gillard. Indeed, even the 'criticisms' of her were little more than an expression of opinion about Gillard's alleged theatrical performance in the dock - petty and pitiful stuff really!
Like most Australians, my criticism of Julia Gillard relates to the role she played in first supporting and thereafter removing Kevin Rudd. She paid the ultimate electoral price!
Now the only leader still to pay the price for treacherously undermining his leader and lying to Australians is Tony Abbott; Mr 57% Dissatisfaction Rating.
