The Royal Commission into Black Saturday bushfires was JUSt that - a Royal Commision - it is NOT a trial - no one is charged - NO cross examinations - no defence or prosection "expert" witnesses - took a 16 month long TRIAL, in the Supreme Court, for an out of court settlement to be reached. Five thousand plaintiff sued three entitites - and have succeeded - but only after a long fight - hundreds of hours of heavily technical argy bargy - and experts for the defence - and the proection - flown in from various parts of the world - as well as local witnesses.
This co-called "exoneration" of Gillard is only one man's opinion. Let's see what happens - down track. Lots more dirt, many allege - still to come out in the wash.

(And, apart from, tha issue - there are a few wives and kids who might well feel an apology from HER is totally warranted, too. Their lives uprooted.) She has more front than Myers! I allege she's a total manoeuvering Machiavellian. As are most of her mates. Including some in the judiciary. No names - no pack drill.
She's the one who should apologise - for allegedly helping Rudd in their alleged wrecking of Australia. And add to this - all their devious and malicious behind the scenes back stabbing.
