@Sector Lead Property is one of the most remarkable investments if bought at the right end of the cycle. I'm not convinced that this is the right end, and I gave ample evidence in my very first post.
Being permanently bullish or bearish on any asset class is a recipe for pain, or at least a significant level of discomfort. Like I said, each investor has to decide on their own acceptable holding period.
I agree that property cannot be compared to stocks. I brought the example of PDN into the picture because you kept bringing goldies into the conversation. I talked about PDN simply to illustrate that very point that stocks can have insane volatility and cannot be compared to property with regards to volatility. However, it can be compared from the broader angle of analysing asset cycles.
