What you were meaning was gen 2 is now obsolete because of gen 2.5... Ho Ho !
Isis had prior Antisense drugs before gen 2
Gen 2.5 was developed for oral delivery..had to be more potent to have the same effect as injection.
So what I'm saying gen 2 works as well and is cheaper to manufacture.Here is what Diamond said.
