In all honesty have you ever read the bible to know and understand what it actually says. That's a question you honestly need to ask yourself. I make it a habit of never speaking negatively of anything until I have researched the subject extensively, and after that I find no merit with it I'll talk honestly about what I find to be untrue/nonsense or just plain lies. Most that I've come across make a career out of talking negatively concerning the bible and they know absolutely nothing concerning the subject, bar what they heard down the pub.
