    since QTK sought from IVK evidence of its claim against QTK.

    IVK has not only meekly walked away but despite their threats have NEVER instituted any claim or any such other measure against QTK.

    QTK issued a public release to state this and to challenge IVK.

    IVK have not responded.

    Ok......you done.
