Downramping!!!!! most ill used word on HC. Taking good profits and putting them into the next flyer should be on peoples minds. Customer numbers do not always mean profits...ask iiNet....when you are going through Telstra lines. There is already talk of putting a fee on VOIP from telcos. Lets hear some financial figures.
