Blackiwi I also could not work out why there were 2 prices for the same item. After using Google to translate it seemed to be the cream and the wand so I went ahead and ordered the lower priced set.It arrived about a week later but there was no wand, only the cream. I sent them an email saying that I had not received the product that I had ordered. There response was fairly prompt saying that they were sorry but in fact I had received what I had ordered and as it was an international order I could not return the item. My response email that I then sent can't be printed here. After a few days I realized that what I must had ordered was the replacement cream you would order second time round when you already had the wand. I then ordered the more expensive set which I received about a week ago and it came with the wand. I sent them an email thanking them for their prompt delivery and apologized for my previous email.
