RIO Deal is Close, page-45

Sorry for the lack of news. Progress has been very slow on several fronts, and unfortunately I can't even talk publically about what progress is happening due to legal constraints.
The Rio deal is very close, and we are hopeful of signing it before Christmas. What was unexpected was having to enter into 8 agreements, with several translated into Spanish and registered with the Mexican Mines Department, and also to form 2 new companies in Mexico, to satisfy Rio's legal and taxation requirements. But we're nearly there.
There are also a couple of other things happening now which we should be able to announce over the next few weeks.
A bit more patience ****, and you should hear some good news soon.
