... what do you think a 'Convertible Promissory Note' is ? I thought its debt that converts to equity ?? $3m at 0.001 (if that's the price) would equate to a mere 3 billion shares ! And it reads as if the full $5m is being issued as a con note. Nope, no dilution pending. You will have 3B's coming out for some time to come.

Also, didn't they just announce the issue of 200 million shares at $0.001?

And some $0.003 options , just 200 million, as a little sweetener. Eventually some of those oppies will be in the money. Just keep issuing them at lower and lower exercise price. You had 4 cent oppies, didn't work. Then 1.5 cent oppies, too expensive. Now 0.3 cent oppies.
