your reply is rather telling:
no knowledge of what reporting standards apply to producers or explorers - and using that lack of knowledge to level accusations of "non transparency"
Accusing KBL of "hiding" their balance sheet is a false accusation - as you mention : half and full year reporting is done, as per requirements.
