All depends on the coal price, their estimate is that production cost will break even at 76 CAD, however, coal price is currently only at 66 CAD per tonne (from a peak of 140 a few years ago). So no-one is willing to fund the mine development, if coal price gets to 100 CAD and stays there, I think you will see some action.
Given then with a 24 CAD profit per tonne, with a 2Mt coal production per year, that will be a profit of 48M CAD.
