Thats correct Wazbee. 3 times would be correct. Layers of contractors all taking a slice/cut for literally doing nothing but checks...for some very very simple "sheds" in most cases.
Transfeild was at the top of many taking $100k off a $600k building, that could have been built directly with a small contractor/builder for $200. They then sub contract it out, and then it's subcontracted out again, leading to layers of waste for basic supervision. It was a shocker.
A distinct warning as to why government can't run businesses/ assets efficiently, NO IDEA.
