Not outrageous!

Just simply age difference

Young kids learn the same road rules as older drivers did when they were young

Older drivers are more thoughtful of the consequences and as a result generally respect the rules which are there for every ones safety

Young drivers will take enormous risks and enjoy driving dangerously and mostly ignore consequences of their actions

Children are born natural savages until trained and educated into civilized behavior

But they can be trained into killers to be used in a war machine as Stalin and Hitler did to their own countries young children

I don't believe they can be brainwashed in just a few short months.... this has been happening since early childhood

Young minds are vulnerable to Imams and other dictators with evil intentions

Maturity seems to be the key
