They said, " Our price could not be 14 points higher than the cash as it would allow clients to go short at incorrectly high levels. If you can provide a screenshot of where you are seeing this 14 point difference we will happily look into it for you."
So I posted 3 screenshots of the day's high being 5486.70. Seems IG doesn't have access to Google. LOL.
