abdm,
niacinamide (vitamin B3) is in hundreds of products put out by many companies. It is not proprietary to P&G. That is why I was surprised that SK-II was the first to use OBJ tech in their product. Their "Pitera" flagship ingredient could not be targeted by OBJ tech because is consists of many molecules. And most of what else they use is normal stuff like niacinamide.
So the wand could potentially work with other creams containing niacinamide. However, the overall composition of the cream (as far as I understand) will cause interference with the effects of the wand on the niacinamide. These other creams have not been developed or tested with the wand, so the effect of the wand on niacinamide in those creams could be good, small, none, or possibly even make things worse.
