CME fees to use USA exchanges

    Happy new year all ,

    Just wondering if all Aussie cfd providers have introduced the fees for 2015 that enables the use of the USA exchanges , CME , cbot , nymex,comex ?

    I'm not sure why but my basic cfd platform has not introduced the fees buy my futures platform has so along with eurex fees and asx fees it is now becoming a bit of a problem .
