    capping is a good sign of a patient buyer.
    500K seller sitting at 18c when there's only 60K at 18.5c.
    I'm guessing it's the same entity soaking up stock at 17.5, just letting it drip into his lap while he is the only buyer.


    A second buyer will get things juiced up.
