Happy 2015. This listing will be good news hopefully. Those that have somehow held on for the last few years deserve this after what they've had to endure. Hopefully now a few will somehow get back close to break even on what they have spent (and missed out on) while owning CDU shares. I agree that MUCH more will be known once the full details are announced. Hopefully it is as cut and dry and it has been made seem to everyone on here (by reading the posts).

It is good to see you "back" roh. However, per normal, we don't see eye to eye on this. You said you'd only take an offer too good to be true. From who? Over 50% of this company is ALREADY Chinese owned is it not? Are you still under the impression that none of these Chinese holders know each other? To be honest I'd be surprised if they even feel they "need" to take over CDU now that they have such a firm grip on any votes. Let's wait to see how the Board takes shape in 2015 and how the votes "come in". But hey, CDU is FAR off from even being able to produce any copper anyway, so IMO no move would have ever happened yet anyway. We'll see I guess.

We will also get to see if there are any new large holders. No doubt a current copy of the share register will tell all. The owners of the 3.5 million odd shares that traded before the news must be feeling quite good about their shrewd timing. Could they be clients of the company who received the 5 million options I wonder. Those options are now almost worth more than the money that was raised. Too bad the office in HK couldn't do it for "free" (I of course use that term loosely).It was a bit over the average trading volume of @200,000 per day but I guess crazier things have happened with timing of buying/announcements. Someone asked me if it could be the company buying loan stock. What do you reckon hOOts? That trading halt may have saved me a few bucks though as I thought there might have been a pretty good trade today based on the news coming out (before the listing one anyway)! Now we'll just have to see how long the euphoria will last. A $2.50 share price would be fantastic though for not only LT holders but those who would like to trade CDU.

I say those good folks buying this week should keep driving the price up! CDU's gotta be cheap here at $600 mil no??!! The copper price must be soaring! Better go check!
