Twigman---it was the other way around,Cbio acquired Inversion-"Under the terms of the proposed transaction, CBio will acquire Inverseon in exchange for 143,486,978 CBio shares, representing 37.5% of the issued share capital of the merged company"
It was my understanding that there were approx. 18 contenders wishing to partner Cbio,Greg Collier did the due dilligence and hence Inversion.
I personally believe this year will see considerable gains for Invion-gains that will surprise even it's most ardent critic.
