    I assume that you are referring to the action against former directors. There is no truth in the suggestion that an appellant must lodge a monetary surety. I would not count on early money from this source. The next significant move there is the appointment of a Trustee in bankruptcy. It will take some time after this before IVX sees any dividend. Sorry, but thems the facts.
