After speaking with Andrew ..i felt like Buying more at any price ..he said hed love to be buying shares but was in a block out ..due to negotiations over the Sept Dividend ..as he wanted Bi annual Divs and the CEO wanted only annual divs set for April payment.
then they were in Discusions re the Size of the Annual Divs ..Andrew wanted an Extra large Div annually ..ide assume the CEO wanted a more modest Div than Andrew.

he said SBB biggest problem was the Communication difficulties between Australian Directors and the No English CEO ..constantly needed interpreters to relay concerns or advice ...that basically lose something (passion) in the Translation to CEO.

apart from that .. Andrew said the SBB full year business trading Numbers were very good and would please investors ..due out after December Quarter + full year .
