Have heard that one of the reasons for the slight slow down in retail FUM late last year was due to financial planners holding their clients back as there are new vehicles that mfg are producing in jan that they want to invest at a NAV of $1.00 rather than the other existing funds and paying the bid offer etc.
I'm not a financial planner so can't confirm maybe someone on here can
