Harry Dent, the guy who in 2006 predicted the Dow hitting 40,000 by the end of the decade... when that didn't work out he flipped the script and decided to turn bearish( This was AFTER the GFC, once the market had bottomed), he was also very bearish on the Aussie property market.... If you'd followed his advice you would of been absolutely obliterated.
