Are the planning an incentive to encourage holders to convert early ( I Wonder )

Personally i would be in no hurry to convert my options with the 2017 timeline why would i if the heads go North then obviously the tails will follow

An opition is an option to be converterted if and when the owner of that option sees fit to do so.

looks to me like they are going to encourage early conversion to pull in the cash.

if they are in the money, why not convert. Avoids the company from raising cash via dilution.
