Caroline Springs has the best town planning & won the award few yrs ago. There are no land available in Caroline Spring itself. Yes, there are more upcoming land releases outside CS. But they are much further away from Ballarat Road & freeway entrances & upcoming deer park train station.
CS has an ave price $460k, very cheap for an established area... Will ave $550 in the next few yrs when the new surrounding area become more established.
