I thought they made a bit of a motza from selling their oil. Look at Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, etc. Their citizens do not pay taxes (they do not have many citizens - lots of imported workers). We should be in the same position as the ME from the sale of our resources (Iron Ore, etc).
