re: sirtex goal: $5 then $8 -$9 If the Americans can value Google at 350 USD and 100x earnings I feel a biotech that serves an unmet medical need in the oncology setting like Sirtex should get a significantly better valuation than Bioshares P.E of 4 x 2008 earnings of 72 cents. . Actually it would probably be better as Hunter Hall originally estimated that based on their earnings estiamte in 2003 for the year 2008 the sp should be $19 in 2008. They are now saying to their clients that they feel they were very right on their pick of Sirtex in accumulating 19 % of the company and still adding to their position,but their timing in 2003 was a little off.The earnings story may give shareholders a considerably bigger sp than an aquisition.It is their single best pick in the biotechs. My opinion only after being in the industry a while(and HH). Do your own work.
