The few Islamic terrorists that wage war on foreign soil attempt to frighten and terrorise you.

This is their clear objective.

Stop being frightened and you've won.

The vast majority of Islamic terrorists are slaughtering thousands, if not tens of thousands of Muslims in their own countries.

The current violence and terrorism in the Middle East and Africa is horrific.

Australia is at war to protect those Muslims; to protect ourselves and our right to live in peace.

When at war, repercussions will be felt.

However, to destroy Australia's social cohesion by creating hate of, if not the best multicultural nation on the planet is destroying what so many have fought for in the 20th Century.

The terrorist only wants division.

Extremity is not fought by extremity and it saddens myself that so many have fallen into the terrorist's trap of hate.

This is what terrorists do.

They attempt to dismantle what we stand for.
